Camino de Santiago: Phases 3 and 4 Elevation

I realized today that I hadn't shared the elevation maps with you for phases 3 & 4. Of course, they show the basic flatness of the Meseta from Burgos to Leon. You may remember that I took buses in and out of both of these cities so I reduced the walking in these phases by about 100 kilometers. 

The photo below gives you a general idea of what the Meseta was like.

    Your journey is sooooo inspiring. I also was watching a similar pilgrimage in Japan - check it out http://us.jnto.go.jp/blog/the-shikoku-pilgrimage/. I hope it inspires you, as it seems to have a similar effect and inspiration on these pilgrims. You know we are keeping you constantly in prayers and can't wait to REALLY lay eyes on you again, to hear all about it!!
