Camino de Santiago: Week One Lessons

I already learned some life lessons from my fellow pilgrims both by their example and the stories they've shared. For their camaraderie, I am very grateful.

Damien: That with a little Bob Marley music even a painful blistered walk can be joy-filled.

Julie: That's it's by taking interest in other people and then talking to them that you discover wonderful new things about the world and yourself.

Josh: That the Camino is more than getting to the end by a certain time and that ice cream and beer breaks along the way are part of the fun.

Melissa: That all of our life's experiences make us who we are and that sometimes you need the help of a good friend to accomplish the journey.
